Technical

• Copy basic help, etc. wiki pages over from e621 and/or Danbooru
• Add note about permanent address (once my server is back online)

Cosmetics

• Add color to species tag category
• Get logo/favicon up and working
• Add moderate theming, either AC-ish or to match parent site
